How our Digital Strategy service works
It all starts with a Discovery Session, where we meet with you to discuss your website goals and challenges. Once armed with this information, we then analyse your Google analytics to find out which pages are receiving the most traffic, look at your key competitors' sites to better understand trends within your industry, and plan what content will be kept and what needs to be rewritten.
With this complete, we then provide you with our recommendations and explain how we believe this will achieve your objectives. Finally, you will receive a Website Brief document, that will be the master reference as the project progresses.

1. Discovery session
A face-to-face or video meeting to find out:
- Your overall website goals
- How customers navigate your existing website
- Your existing website performance and Google Analytics stats
- How you website aligns with your other marketing activities
- How much content you wish migrate to Webflow

2. Internal work
What DUAL will do:
- We will audit your existing website
- We will analyse your competitors websites

3. Client presentation
A video meeting to communicate to you:
- What works (and what doesn't) with your existing website. This will help us to decide what should be kept, what should be updated and what should be culled
- The strength and weaknesses of your competitors websites

4. Final deliverable

- A Website Brief (PDF) that will provide you with a breakdown of your existing site's performance and what we suggest should be the key aims for the new website
